These Terms & Conditions apply to this Mega Mystery Bonus promotion (“the Promotion”). They should be read alongside our General Website Terms & Conditions. These terms can be accessed HERE. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

1. This Promotion is available to Eligible Players (defined below) daily from 16:00 until 02:00 (UK time) (the “Promotional Hours”) from 01.10.2024 until 29.12.2024 (the "Promotional Period").

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS PROMOTION

2. This Promotion is available to customers of www.galacasino.com (the “Website”) who:
   1. are over 18 years old;
   2. are located in the UK;
   3. have a verified Website account; and
   4. are eligible to receive Website promotions,

   (an “Eligible Player”).

3. This Promotion is a Playtech Network promotion offered across various operators with potential winners across the participating operators.
4. Prizes in this promotion will be shared among winners across the entire network of operators.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROMOTION

5. To participate in this Promotion, an Eligible Player must:
   1. log into their Website account;

   3. place a total bet of at minimum $1 straight up bet during the “Mystery Bonus” round, on any of the following eligible games;

MYSTERY BONUS ROUND CONDITIONS

6. All prizes will be paid in Cash.
7. On any of the Promotional Games, a “Mystery Bonus” round will be activated randomly 20 (twenty) times during the Promotional Hours each day of the Promotional Period.
8. Eligible Players will be notified by a pop-up message on screen when a “Mystery Bonus” round has been activated.
9. When a “Mystery Bonus” round is activated, Eligible Players must place a total bet of at least $1 on one of the Promotion Games during the Promotion Hours of the Promotion Period. The “Mystery Bonus” round winning betting position will be picked by an RNG (Random Number Generator) programme.
10. Eligible Players who have placed a total bet of at least $1 on one of the Promotion Games on the “Mystery Bonus” round winning betting position will receive an equal share of the $250 Cash per round “Mystery Bonus” round prize pool.
11. Each “Mystery Bonus” round will have a prize pool worth $250 in Cash. A total daily prize pool of $5,000 in Cash is available with a grand total prize pool of $450,000 in cash available for the entire Promotional Period.
12. If an Eligible Player wins a “Mystery Bonus” round, they will be notified by a pop-up message on screen.
13. Eligible Players shall receive the prizes within 72 hours of winning.
14. There is no limit on the number of times an Eligible Player can win a share of the “Mystery Bonus” rounds during the Promotional Period.
15. RNG numbers will be generated by a licensed RNG system, Players who are eligible for the prize will receive a personalized message after the bonus round.
16. The RNG generated winning “Mystery Bonus” betting position is not related to the winning result of the Promotional games.

CASH PRIZES TERMS AND CONDITIONS

17. All prizes will be paid in cash and credited to the Eligible Player’s Website account within 72 hours of winning.
18. All prizes will appear in $ (USD). Winning players will be paid their share of the cash prize according to the currency of their Website account in accordance with the exchange rate applicable on the day of payment. The Promoter bears no responsibility for any exchange rates or conversion rates.
19. The winning players shall be solely liable for any relevant taxes, if applicable, in order to legally claim the prize. The licensee bears no responsibility whatsoever for any wins\losses as a result of prize won by the players.

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS

22. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, discontinue or terminate the promotion if required for Legal and regulatory reasons, including where necessary to prevent fraud or other unlawful behaviour.
23. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this Promotion from anyone who does not qualify or is excluded from its offers or promotions under the General Website Terms & Conditions.
24. The Promoter may place restrictions on a player’s account in order to comply with its legal and regulatory obligations. This could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that a player can participate in. The Promoter will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect a player’s ability to complete the requirements of this promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.

In the event of any error or system failure, or any error in the crediting of funds, winnings, or bonuses to an Eligible Player’s Website account in connection with this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to correct the error and withhold funds or winnings resulting from such error in accordance with its General Website Terms & Conditions.
